The race brings two competitors onto two parallel tracks, pushing through a sequence of obstacles that test speed, strength, grip, control and power before reaching the final buzzer.

Designed to test balance, coordination, and body control from the very first seconds of the race, the Ramp Wall requires competitors to move with precision while maintaining momentum.
Designed to test upper-body strength, grip endurance, and coordination, the Monkey Bar challenges competitors to move efficiently across a suspended straight-line structure without breaking momentum.
Designed to test grip strength, coordination, and body control, the Crossbar Roller requires competitors to navigate a rotating bar while maintaining stability and forward momentum.
Designed to test upper-body strength, grip endurance, and coordination, the Sand Bag challenges competitors to move efficiently while maintaining control and momentum.
Designed to test raw power, leg drive, and full-body strength, the Car Push challenges competitors to generate force and maintain movement under heavy resistance.
Designed to test strength, power, and endurance, the Sled Pull requires competitors to move a weighted sled using controlled force and consistent effort.
